We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inbound Team Leader / Warehouse Supervisor / Storekeeper Supervisor to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in handling auto spare parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, and inventory control.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management software.
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of all materials, including forklift operations.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and manage unloading of deliveries.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety procedures.
• Ensure timely and organized dispatch of goods.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Inventory Management and Control.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems/software.
• Experience in the automotive spare parts industry is mandatory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
• Experience handling inbound operations.
