Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper with strong knowledge of material segregation and inventory management for a trading company. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word and capable of maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials manually and systematically
  • Properly segregate and store items as per category and usage
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory logs
  • Update inventory data using MS Excel
  • Prepare stock reports, issue notes, and documentation using MS Word
  • Ensure proper labeling and easy identification of materials
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper in a trading company
  • Strong knowledge of material segregation and inventory control
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in UAE trading companies
  • Basic knowledge of r inventory software (added advantage)
