Job Description:
We are seeking a Warehouse / Office Executive with a technical background to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, coordinating office tasks, and supporting technical and inventory-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
- Support sales and service departments by identifying and arranging technical parts and equipment.
- Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain an organized inventory system and update stock in ERP or Excel.
- Assist with office administrative duties and documentation.
- Provide basic technical assistance to the service team when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical qualification in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse, technical, or office coordination role (preferably in machinery or equipment trading).
- Good knowledge of machinery components and spare parts handling.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
