Job Description:

We are seeking a Warehouse / Office Executive with a technical background to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, coordinating office tasks, and supporting technical and inventory-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
  • Support sales and service departments by identifying and arranging technical parts and equipment.
  • Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for shipments and deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system and update stock in ERP or Excel.
  • Assist with office administrative duties and documentation.
  • Provide basic technical assistance to the service team when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Technical qualification in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse, technical, or office coordination role (preferably in machinery or equipment trading).
  • Good knowledge of machinery components and spare parts handling.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
