Role & Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders for marketplaces and website sales
• Update stock levels across multiple online marketplaces
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock movement
• Respond to customer and marketplace queries in a timely manner
• Handle product returns and coordinate restocking or replacements
• Create basic product photos and short videos for listings and promotions

Requirements:

• Graduate (any discipline)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proficient in MS Excel (basic formulas, stock tracking)
• Decent computer skills and familiarity with online systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
