Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Executive to support our logistics and operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination within the automobile, aerospace, or composite manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory forecasting.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Implement and maintain warehouse best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience in the UAE.
• Background in automobile, aerospace, or composite manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is a plus.
• International warehouse/logistics certification (e.g., CIWIM, CILT, or similar) is a plus.
