Ward Sharqi Restaurant LLC is looking for an experienced Waitress / Waiter to join our restaurant team in Abu Dhabi.

The Waitress/Waiter is responsible for ensuring complete guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and attending to guests’ needs during their visit to the restaurant.

The role requires efficiency, teamwork, and a strong focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly service to all guests.

Take orders accurately and operate the cash register and ordering system.

Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.

Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup.

Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.

Promote teamwork and assist colleagues when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress/Waiter (required).

Hands-on experience with cash registers and ordering systems.

Strong customer service skills with patience and attentiveness.

Excellent presentation and grooming standards.

Basic math skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication and active listening skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts.

High school diploma required.

Food safety training is an advantage.
