Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with menu selections and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
• Address customer concerns promptly and politely
• Prepare bills and process payments accurately

Requirements:

• Endurance to stand and walk for long hours
• Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
• Friendly personality with strong coordination and communication skills
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
• Languages: Fluency in English; French, Korean, or Chinese preferred
