Infinity Cafe Lounge is looking for a Waiter / Waitress to create a welcoming and organized experience for our customers. This role involves greeting guests, assigning them to seating areas, and ensuring smooth service coordination between the staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the cafe.
• Assist customers in finding suitable seating based on their preferences and availability.
• Manage table reservations and walk-in customers efficiently.
• Communicate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide menu information and guide guests on available services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entrance and seating areas.
• Assist in special events and promotions when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of cafe operations and menu items is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
