Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take accurate food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Clear tables, reset them, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Handle payments (cash, card, or POS system).
• Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards.
• Work as part of a team to deliver smooth service during busy hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress/waiter is preferred but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, friendly personality, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
