Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and setup
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Working Conditions
