We are seeking a well-presented, confident, and service-driven Waitress / Hostess to join the front-of-house team at our upscale speakeasy bar. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering a refined, seamless, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and seat guests in line with the venue’s service standards
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations efficiently
• Present menus, explain offerings, and take food and beverage orders accurately
• Coordinate closely with bartenders and service staff to ensure timely service
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and menu items to assist guests confidently
• Ensure tables, service areas, and guest touchpoints are clean and well-presented
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns promptly
• Support upselling initiatives while maintaining a natural and elegant approach
• Follow grooming, hygiene, and service protocols at all times

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in a high-end bar, lounge, or hospitality venue
• Previous experience as a Waitress or Hostess preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, professional appearance with confident guest interaction
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, or willingness to learn
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and peak service hours
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and guest-focused mindset
