Job description:

  • Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
  • Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
  • Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
  • Schedule and manage tables, reservations, and seating
  • Ensure that tables are properly cleaned and all business supplies are stocked
  • Recall and mop tables as necessary
  • Properly settle accounts
  • Maintain records of cash receipts and expenditures
  • Maintain safe food storage temperatures
  • Maintain good sanitary conditions
  • Be aware of all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Other tasks as required
