Job description:
- Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
- Schedule and manage tables, reservations, and seating
- Ensure that tables are properly cleaned and all business supplies are stocked
- Recall and mop tables as necessary
- Properly settle accounts
- Maintain records of cash receipts and expenditures
- Maintain safe food storage temperatures
- Maintain good sanitary conditions
- Be aware of all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Other tasks as required
