Job Role: Waiter / Server

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests politely and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when needed
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and quality
• Check on guests during their meals and respond to requests or concerns professionally
• Clear tables, reset them for new guests, and maintain a clean dining area
• Handle bills and process cash, card, or digital payments accurately
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
