Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Waitress to join our team at Al Fanar. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, specials, and beverages.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using our POS system.
• Serve orders promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Handle payments and reconcile bills accurately.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and corporate standards.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fine dining or corporate restaurant environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
