Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with a warm, positive attitude, ensuring they feel valued.
• Take and serve orders accurately, offering menu guidance and upselling where appropriate.
• Demonstrate an understanding of food ingredients, menu items, and beverage pairings.
• Ensure tables are always clean, well-set, and aligned with service standards.
• Work effectively under pressure during peak hours while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process bills and payments with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Previous F&B service experience with knowledge of food and beverage ingredients.
• Smart, well-presented appearance and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
