Job Summary:

Provide exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience in line with luxury hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with product knowledge.
• Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets hotel standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Handle guest requests or complaints professionally and follow up promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Process billing and handle payments accurately.
