Job Summary:
Provide exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience in line with luxury hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with product knowledge.
- Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets hotel standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
- Handle guest requests or complaints professionally and follow up promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Process billing and handle payments accurately.
