Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked about menu items, specials, or promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process bills, handle payments, and return correct change.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining and service areas.
• Support team members and assist in other duties as needed during busy hours.
