Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waitress for an upcoming event in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences in an event setting. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to event guests and ensuring a positive dining experience during the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and present menus as they arrive at the event.
• Take food and drink orders and serve them accurately and promptly.
• Ensure that the dining area is clean and well-maintained during the event.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning the venue before and after the event.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including any event-specific specials.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced event environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods during the event.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
