We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Waitress to join our team at Palma Beach Resort and SPA. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating a welcoming dining experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
• Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
