From our elegant beige and gold aesthetic to our signature coffee blends, we aim to be the “one” place our community loves to gather. We are looking for energetic, professional, and friendly Waiters and Waitresses to join our growing family.

The Role

As a member of our service team, you will ensure that every customer feels welcomed and well-attended to. You aren’t just taking orders; you are creating an experience by providing excellent menu knowledge and attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Hospitality: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Menu Expertise: Thoroughly understand our coffee, beverage, and food menus to provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and baristas.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation.
• Table Maintenance: Clear tables quickly after guests finish, ensure the dining area is spotless, and reset tables for the next guests.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with the kitchen helper and cashier to ensure a seamless flow of service.
• Quality Control: Ensure every order served meets The One Cafe’s quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Multitasking: The ability to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
• Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive attitude that fits the “The One Cafe” brand.
• Stamina: Ability to stay active and on your feet for the duration of your shift.
