Job Description:

We are seeking for professional enthusiastic and service-oriented waiters/waitresses to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and setup of the work place.
• Provide prompt and attentive service.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth and efficient service
• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Floor cleaning and counter cleaning
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drinks orders
• Take customers details and suggest them for google reviews

**Please be aware there is a training/assesment period which is fully paid prior to an offer letter being issued by the company. Th training/assesment period is fully paid and varies between 1 to 2 weeks.
