Role Description

We are expanding our team and are currently looking for Waiters, Waitresses, and Baristas to join us immediately.

We are seeking individuals with great personalities, positive energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality. While prior experience is important, we strongly value attitude, communication skills, and a friendly smile. If you are enthusiastic and eager to grow, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently
• Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to brand standards (for Barista roles)
• Promote menu items and actively upsell where appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
• Demonstrate knowledge of food allergens and communicate them clearly to guests
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• UAE experience preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP and food allergens (Valid PIC certification preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to upsell
• Team player with attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospitality POS/software
• Immediate joiners preferred
