The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing a welcoming atmosphere, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations when requested.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between services.
• Handle guest payments, process bills, and operate the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a café or casual dining restaurant (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be fluent in Russian.
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
