Job Description
- Take food and beverage orders from guests via phone or in person.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Set up and clear dining areas in guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including specials and dietary needs.
- Process guest payments and handle transactions (cash/credit card).
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure proper setup of trays, carts, and room service equipment.
- Restock and replenish room service items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the room service area.
- Assist with preparing condiments, utensils, and beverages for service.
- Ensure guests are satisfied and encourage feedback.
- Uphold hotel safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.

- Prior experience in food service (room service experience preferred).

Physical Requirements:
