We’re Hiring: Waiter/Waitress Full-Time (Dubai, UAE)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism
• Provide detailed menu knowledge, including allergy and ingredient info
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS or order slips
• Communicate order details clearly to kitchen staff
• Upsell additional menu items and promotions
• Set up tables with linens, glasses, and silverware
• Ensure dining area remains clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Handle billing and process payments efficiently
• Attend pre-shift briefings and stay updated on menu changes
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols
• Create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress
• Fluent in English (Arabic speaker is a bonus)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High energy, attention to detail, and a team player
• Ability to work shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and billing
• Knowledge of food service etiquette and hygiene standards
