Requirements:
- Age: Up to 30 years old only
- Preferably with experience in F&B or Hospitality
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cash handling/POS systems is an advantage
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service.
- Process orders efficiently using the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, workstations, and service counters.
- Address customer inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure proper cash transactions (if assigned).
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations..
