Waiter/Waitress

Requirements:

  • Age: Up to 30 years old only
  • Preferably with experience in F&B or Hospitality
  • Strong English communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling/POS systems is an advantage
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service.
  • Process orders efficiently using the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and drinks in accordance with company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, workstations, and service counters.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure proper cash transactions (if assigned).
  • Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations..
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
