Our well-established café & restaurant is seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. With 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, you will have honed your skills in delivering outstanding customer service and will be ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

– Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted.

– Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation.

– Provide recommendations and answer any questions customers may have regarding the menu.

– Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each customer.

– Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

– Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

– Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

– Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, with 2-3 years in a similar role.

– Excellent knowledge of food and beverage, understanding of coffee will be added advantage.

– Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with ease.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
