Waiters/Waitress (all levels)

Responsible for providing friendly, professional table service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience while following service standards, hygiene rules, and company procedures. Must be a happy, responsible person who enjoys working with people and being part of a vibrant, growing team.

Required Skills

• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
• Basic knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
• Polite, well-presented, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who can coordinate with kitchen and service staff
• Basic cash handling or POS system experience is an advantage

Required Conditions & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, café, or hotel preferred
• English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and carry trays
• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to follow service procedures and UAE hospitality regulations
• Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable
