Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and presentable
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints politely
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures
• Assist with billing and payment processing when required
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Neat appearance and professional behavior

Preferred

• Experience in hotel or restaurant service
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic food & beverage service standards
