Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Serve all food and drinks to guests a timely manner.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction Through Excellent Service,
• Professionally respond to customer complaints
• Knowledge Of The Menu,with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Prepare And close down the front of house areas Before and after service.
• Maintain A Safe Workplace Environment.
• Foster Co-operative respect between co-workers.

• Experience Providing Excellent Customer Service In a fast-paced environment
• A Positive Attitude And Ability Work Well Under Pressure.
• Able To Handle Money Accurately And Operate A Point- of-sale system
• Knowledge of Arabian cuisine and flavours
