Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate food & beverage orders.
• Ensure guests receive their orders promptly and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times.
• Process bills and handle payment transactions when needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter/Waitress (F&B background preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Team player with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be currently in the UAE.
