Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, ensure guest satisfaction, and support daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and sharing daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle bills, process payments, and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Support other team members during busy periods.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and service procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long hours.
• Ability to carry trays, plates, and items up to standard lifting limits.
