  • Greet guests in a warm and courteous manner and present menus.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and addressing any issues or requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the dining environment.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
  • Support the team during busy hours and assist with room service or banqueting (if required).
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and hotel offerings to upsell when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment is required.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Good personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling payments.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
