Full job description

  • Consistently access, anticipate and meet guest’s needs according to operational daily procedures, specified customer service levels, and HSSE guidelines.
  • Maintain full knowledge of all products and menu items, store promotions, company services.
  • Follow the correct sequence of service skills to ensure high standards of service.
  • Ensure all workstations and tables within the assigned zones are sufficiently stocked, set up, and kept clean throughout the entire shift.
  • Responsible for accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Communicate with store management and supervisors any customer and/or operational issues.
  • Utilise, maintain and clean relevant equipment within HSSE guidelines for daily operations.
  • At least 1-3 years in the restaurant or cafe business preferable
  • To have Customer Service background; preferably food service related
  • Basic knowledge and/or experience with technical equipment
  • Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Customer Service in related industry; basic Cash Handling
  • Can work on their feet for long hours and have the physical confidence and coordination to carry plates, trays, etc.
