Full job description
- Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, present menus, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations for food and drinks.
- Order Fulfillment: Communicate orders to the kitchen, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure they are prepared correctly and presented well.
- Table Management: Set and reset tables, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
- Payment Processing: Deliver bills and accurately collect payments (cash or credit).
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints and concerns, anticipate needs, and work to ensure a positive overall experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Memorize menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer guest inquiries and make informed suggestions.
