About the Role

We are currently looking for a Waiter or Waitress to join our vibrant lifestyle venue, Dimo’s.

The Waiter or Waitress will be responsible for leading the service team on the floor, ensuring an exceptional and seamless dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu and make effective suggestive sales.
• Oversee table setup, section allocation, and ensure smooth table turnover.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
• Coordinate with the cashier to ensure accurate billing and handling of payments.
• Attend briefings, communicate effectively with the team, and support daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end, fast-paced restaurant or lifestyle venue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Guest-focused with a confident, engaging personality and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
• Able to remain composed and professional under pressure in a dynamic environment.
