Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide seating assistance when required.
- Present menu items and provide knowledgeable recommendations, including beverage and gelato pairings.
- Take customer orders accurately and follow up with Barista and service teams.
- Serve orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with setting tables, serving water, cutlery, and additional requests.
- Monitor guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Handle billing and POS transactions correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
- Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure smooth operation.
- Resolve or escalate customer complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
- Represent Cremglasse through positive service behavior and brand-aligned customer interaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or customer service staff preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic numeric and cash-handling abilities.
- Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional, neat appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
Physical & Work Conditions:
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must comply with Cremglasse uniform and grooming policy.
