Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent dining experiences for our client. The ideal candidate will ensure that guests are served promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and in the correct order.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints promptly.
• Process bills, accept payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and support restaurant operations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
