Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Skills requirement:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter
- Diploma/Degree in hotel Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
