Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide guests to their tables.
- Present menu, answer inquiries and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all orders are served promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and work areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests’ needs in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of Experience in Restaurant as Waiter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for food and providing outstanding customer service.
