We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter / Waitress to provide excellent customer service in our Italian restaurant. The Waitress will be responsible for greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain daily specials or recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous way.
• Ensure tables are properly set and kept clean before and after service.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 -2years experience as a waitress/waiter, preferably in Italian or fine dining cuisine.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service hours.
• Presentable, professional, and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in Arabic would be an added advantage
