Full job description

  • Drive the van to assigned locations and deliver products to retail outlets within the sales territory.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Ensure product availability in all assigned outlets and promote new products when applicable.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and product loyalty.
  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring the right products and quantities are delivered on time.
  • Manage returns and damaged goods in line with company policies.
  • Ensure proper product placement and visibility at all retail outlets to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional display of all products.
  • Conduct stock rotation and remove expired products to maintain the freshness and quality of stock.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and providing product information as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales, collections, returns, and other relevant data.
  • Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
  • Reconcile daily cash collections and ensure timely submission to the company.
