Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle & Loading: Collect items, load the van in delivery order, perform vehicle inspections (fuel, maintenance), and secure cargo.
• Driving & Delivery: Follow assigned routes and schedules, use navigation, deliver goods to correct addresses, and ensure items arrive intact.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, verify orders, obtain signatures, accept payments, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Documentation & Reporting: Update delivery logs, use handheld devices for tracking, record mileage/fuel, and prepare reports.
• Safety & Compliance: Obey all traffic laws and company safety protocols, ensuring a safe delivery process.
