Job Description
- Proven experience with UAE government portals (Trakhees, Amer, ICA, GDRFA, Ministry of Labour, etc.).
- Fast and accurate typing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of document uploading, and formatting per government requirements.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a typing centre.
Requirements
- Experience preparing and processing:
- Visa applications (residence, visit, renewal, cancellation)
- Emirates ID applications
- Trade license renewals and amendments
- Establishment card issuance/renewal
- NOCs and labour permits
- High attention to detail to avoid rejections/delays.
- Customer service skills for handling walk-in clients and explaining requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Teamwork and coordination with PROs and admin staff.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours during peak periods.
