About the role:
The role holder undertakes various transporting duties such as delivering items to customers in a timely manner and ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use, among other duties.
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or units in a safe and timely manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling delivery complaints from clients professionally.
- Pick up office purchases or other administrative needs, as and when required.
- Ensure that vehicles are clean and have sufficient gas, repaired when necessary and are always ready for use.
- Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
- Abide all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
About the requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid UAE Driver’s License
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Licensed Driver
