Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent – Travel Services (Russian-Speaking) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills to assist clients in planning and booking their trips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients, understanding their travel preferences and desires, and providing personalized recommendations and itineraries tailored to their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process.
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry changes.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Language: Russian Speaking is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry is advantageous.

Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel agencies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary AED 4500 + Commission will be provided.
