Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, providing travel advice, and delivering outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell travel services, including flights, visas, holiday packages, and tours.
- Handle client inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and provide customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, promotions, and travel regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Process bookings, issue tickets, and manage pre- and post-sales support.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GDS/airline ticketing systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Tagalog preferred).
- Customer-focused with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Present in UAE for immediate joining is preferred.
