What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
• Provide information on travel options and destinations.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes.
• Maintain good customer service and support clients with their travel needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of flight and hotel booking systems.
• Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Ability to work in a team and handle customer queries.
• Minimum of 2-4 years experience in Travel Agency in UAE
