Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversees the safety, efficiency and compliance of transport operations.
2. Oversees that vehicles, equipment meet relevant regulations that governments and industry bodies set.
3. Inspect vehicles to ensure they’re in safe working order..
4. Generate reports to document transportation activities and provide feedback on efficiency Plan.
5. Arrange the transportation for the employees based on the schedule and make sure they reach the work location on time
6. Coordinate with the HR department regarding transportation for operation staff for medical, biometrics and passport collection and passport return to office.
7. Coordinate with the HR department regarding transportation for admin staff for public holidays incase if they are required to work
8. Oversees and use data from various sources and analyse it to make informed decisions about how best to manage transportation operations. This could involve comparing routes for efficiency or determining fuel costs for different journeys.
