We are a growing [manufacturing/logistics/services] company specializing in container fabrication and customized solutions. To support our operations, we are seeking a skilled Transportation & Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our shipping, fleet, and border clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Plan routes and manage transport schedules in line with operational requirements.
• Communicate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse staff for smooth operations.
• Handle shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, permits, and clearance papers.
• Track shipments and update internal teams and customers on delivery status.
• Resolve transport-related issues such as delays, damages, or penalties.
• Maintain accurate records of transport costs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional/international transport regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or shipping coordination.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and border regulations (UAE/Oman experience a plus).
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems (ERPNext is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication in English; Arabic/Hindi is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive conditions.
